my son is starting to not want his bottles and only eat solids. its too early to start weaning him off. is it normal he doesnt want to eat as much milk and only wants solids lately? any tips on getting him to drink more? givinv him less solids doesnt work. then ge just is hungry and cranky but still doesnt want his vottle.

My boy has probably2 bottles a day now,he has soya milk instead of formula too... he can't drink more than 6oz cause he just pushes it away,he has 3 solid meals with pudding too! He's a tiny 17lb 8oz and still in 0-3 clothing,following everything how he should be and the health visitor is 100% happy with him being fully weaned with no formula now :)

My baby only breastfeeds so no clue how many ounces she gets.  And we are only doing one meal of vegetables a day.  They really don't need solids in great quantities so young.  And I'm sorry but those sleep recommendations must not take into account a teething baby who refuses to sleep despite trying everything.  I do my best but she is not getting 14 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period.

I feel like mine has been the opposite today. She usually has 32oz of formula spread across 4 bottles as well as 2/3 meals a day. It's only 153PM and she's already had 24oz. She'll be 9 months on the 23rd. 
If I were you I'd cut back a meal or maybe offer it in a sippy cup. Is your son teething? That could possibly be a reason why he doesn't want to drink from the bottle.
