My amniotic fluid is on the lower side so I did have to get fluids into me and just got home from that. Should I go in or is this normal? Someone please help!

Normal.  I was checked yesterday and had something similar when I wiped. I had a bloody show with my first (water didn't break till I was at hospital in active labor) and it looks NOTHING like this. You'll know when you see that kind of blood that you need to go in.
