The make up revolotion does a vivid baked highlighter and they are VERY pigmented! I'm not sure if they sell it in the US though.

Baked highlighters from elf, wet n wild baked highlights & maybelle illuminating glow are my favorites. Go on YouTube and look at Manny Mua or Laura Lee they have such good recommendations

Physician's Formula Shimmer Strips in "Vegas Strip" it's like $12 at Ulta and it looks just like Becca "Chanpagne Pop" but sooo much cheaper

I've never used it but the ELF half baked high lighter is so pretty, and you can find it at target or cvs
