My breast milk is just beginning to come in. How much should I be pumping? I just got 6ml from one breast and hardly any from the other.... I thought there would be more 😢

Keep pumping and nursing, when your milk fully comes in you'll be shocked! Stay hydrated and eat well.

Are you not nursing? Don't pump if you are nursing. There is no need to and you run the risk of getting an oversupply.

You don't have to pump right now unless it's necessary or instructed. Just feed the baby on demand and your milk supply will keep increasing. If you do pump, pump after you feed the baby.

At the beginning you should only be pumping 1-2oz not even.
It's adjusting to how much baby drinks.
