I have been with my fiance for 3 and half years. We are due with our first child in 35 days. He has a son from a previous marriage that I have yet to meet due to his mother being how she is. She is the type of person to lie to get someone in serious trouble when things dont go her way. We have set out wedding date for March 2 2019. We have tried everything to see his son. By law he is suppose to have 50/50 custody but it doesnt say in divorce papers to say to be inforced by law so they never do anything even though last time her new father in lae shot at my fiance. I dont want his son to hate him and i dont wamt him to hate me either. I have honestly tried everything that i can think possible. I have reached out through text no reply and was blocked, same happen with facebook. We have to drop off his birthday and Christmas presents to her mothers house bc she refuses to give us her address. My fiance is a wonderful man and it kills me to watch years pass that he hasnt seen his son. How many mommys have dealt with this? what changed? how did things work out? I just want my fiance happy and whole. I know part of him hurts without his son, i catch him crying at times and he acts like he isnt. He carries a picture of his son around everywhere. I know he loves me and our daughter but i know since we found out we were expecting he has hurt more and more bc of the fear of samething happening betwern us and him missing his son. Sorry for the long post just dont know how to get his ex wife to allow him to see his son.
