Do you mommys know what this is?
My daughter has been breaking out with these little red dots for the past few days.. they're also on her thighs sometimes & arms.. I thought it might have been mango so we stopped for a few days & here it is again. They clear up sometimes but the reappear throughout the day.
Any ideas on what it might be?
