* I'm not asking for judgement I already feel bad* 
Will there be thc in my breast milk (exclusively pumping) if I only took 3 hits from a blunt (ONLY three) I won't be doing it again, I instantly got worried that the thc will be passed to her, I'm One week pp and just wanted something to ease my pain & instead made me worried sick. I haven't smoked my whole pregnancy at all and did last night. Anyone have any experience with this. 
Also, don't worry I showered & she was in good hands.
Should I dump the breast milk & pump again later?

I've researched this topic too and even if you smoked regularly there isn't enough THC that could affect your baby. The only issue I could find was the Marijuana suppressing the Prolactin hormone which in turn causes you to produce less milk. I wouldn't worry too much.

There's not enough research on the effects of THC in breast milk. It was only three hits and one time thing. It'll be fine. Pumping and dumping wouldn't do anything. Marijuana stays in your system for a bit. But your baby shouldn't get high. From what little testing has been done, there's not enough THC in the breast milk to get the baby high.
