My sons one eye is watery than gets gooey/crusty? it doesnt seem to bother him. Any idea what it could be? I will probably call my doctor

Blocked tear duct. My son had it too. It cleared up with a few drops of breast milk rubbed into the corner of the eye and downward.

I agree. Clogged tear duct and use breastmilk and massage the inner corner of his eye.

my son had this when he was a newborn, it was his lacrimal canal whi wasnt completly unblock. but at his age, and if he never had it before, it may be more a conjunctivitis. 🤔

It happened to a lot of babies. If you put a couple drops a breast milk it will be gone within the next day :)
