Heartbeat is faint??

Question

Hi everyone went for second scan today to see could heartbeat be detected it was but was very faint and the woman said it's more than likely looking bad as baby hasn't grown since last week has this happened anyone else?

Yes. During my first appt there was no heartbeat when I thought I was 6 weeks, but dr saw the sac and the formings of a baby below at what I thought was my 7 week 4 day appt the Dr found the baby, and a slower heartbeat. He measured it at 6 weeks 4 days, so we were pushed back a week in growth development. He said that it probably just started beating a few days to a day prior, so he would have me come back. At my new dated calculations I went back for my 8 week 4 day appt and dr did not find a heartbeat and showed us that it had stopped growing at about the time or a little after my second appt. The appt was scheduled to check growth and heart rate. I now wonder if he knew something was possibly wrong but didn't tell us, just to keep our hopes up.  During our second appt. as of now I still have the baby inside me and I'm waiting to see if I will pass tissue on my own before of opting for a D&C.; (The last appt was just on Friday Aug 11,2017, and it is now Sunday Aug 13) I have yet to have any bleeding through this pregnancy. 😥

unfortunately yes, my first miscarriage baby had a weak heartbeat and I lost at 12w, my third miscarriage  (the week just gone) baby had a strong heartbeat, but I lost 2 days before my third scan at 8w. I'll pray for you and your little one to be perfectly healthy, it's a horrible experience to go through. Lots of Luck ❤
