1 year old feeding and milk routines?

I'm a FTM struggling find a routine that gets my LO eating three meals a day AND enough milk/toddler formula.... any routine advice? TIA

My LO won't drink milk alone. He takes a sip and says- no thanks! First thing in the morning I make him a smoothie. 1/2 banana 1 strawberry and a few blueberries, scoop of full fat Greek yogurt and milk. It makes about 12 oz and he will drink 6oz from a straw cup as soon as he wakes and then again after his 2nd nap time. 
630- smoothie and 1/2 banana 
8- food pouch or toast/egg 
9-nap
1130- fruit and crackers(snack)
12-lunch pasta with blended veggies for sauce. Or steamed veggies with butter. Avocado etc
2nap
330 smoothie & snack
6 dinner -whatever the family is eating
730- plain yogurt and fruit, or Pb & toast/apple. 
830-bed

i am a FTM also, wirh twins. its hard. we still do bottles because they wont drink any or not enough from a sippy. I still do purees becase my son still doesn't eat much table food. we do breakfast around 6am- egges, cereal,fruit, prunes puree, yogurt..ushuly two of those  then bottle within an hr if not right after. snack at 9 and nap at 945. lunch at 1130 ish and then a bottle. snack again 245 and nap by 315. dinner at 5 or 530, bottle at 7 and a small snack. bed at 730. I just tried a spinich omelet and they seem to like that. Mine love cheese bread, watermellon, puff snacks and avocado

I have to say that my daughter was so easy to wean, I was super lucky in this aspect. She never really took to traditional sippy cups, so we got her straw cups and she does great with those. She gets a sippy of milk (usually drinks 5-9oz, I just let her drink until she gives me the cup back). Breakfast at 9 or 9:30, she hasn't wanted anything to do with purees since about 9 or 10 months so she's on all table food. Eggs, raisins, bananas, really any cut up fruit. Toast, nutrigrain bars, yogurt. Lunch is around 12 or 1 with a sippy of water, sandwiches cut up, turkey slices, cheese sticks, beans, mac and cheese, chunks of chicken, peas, zucchini, etc. Pretty much leftovers from previous dinners. Dinner is anywhere between 5 and 7 depending on how much she ate at lunch and her naps. Dinner is pretty much the same as lunch, she eats what we eat (7 teeth so she's fine with chewing most anything). Then another sippy of milk before bedtime as a part of her routine. We don't really do snacks because they just piss her off haha, she will eat her snack and just cry until I get her more and more food. She eats huge meals though, an absurd amount of food for how small she is. But she's growing and gaining so I guess she's fine!

My son had Greek yogurt (all or almost all of it), cheerios, and some fruit depending on how hungry he is with sips of water when he wakes up then a bottle (he hates all sippy cups so far, only drinks milk from a bottle and water from a normal cup around 10-11ish then lunch at 12-1 (veggie, pasta, fruit, or protein), then sometimes we can get him to nap around 2-3ish or he won't at all then after a bottle then a snack then supper at 5-6ish then. one more snack and one last bottle befor bed at 8-8:30. My son had always been 60th percentile for weight or less and over 90th percentile for height so he's always eating lol

8:30-9 wake up breakfast cereal/yogurt, fruit, offer milk in cup and will have a few sips. 
11 snack and water 
12:30 nap with a bottle 6oz. 
2 wake up and lunch pasta, meat (chicken, or turkey meat) veggie and fruit offer milk in sippy cup usually have a sip or two. 
4:30ish snack with water 
5:30-6:30 ish dinner whatever we are having and offer milk in sippy cup as always only a few sips. Then I just give her a bottle to get in her milk intake. 
8:30 bath time and she gets a snack before that 
9 she gets a 7oz bottle 
9:30ish she's alseep. 
Not a perfect schedule but it works for now. She wakes up at nite and we give her a bottle. We're going to start to give her water instead so that hopefully she doesn't wake up at nite for a bottle.

Lunch at 1230/1ish
5oz milk right after lunch

Dinner at 6/630ish
8 oz milk 30 minutes before bed time routine. 
I also do a little snack 30 minutes before nap.

Following...dr said we need to cut down from 4 to 3 bottles a day but it doesn't seem like my one year old is ready even tho he is eating a decent amount of food.

I feel my routine isn't the best. My twins are also on a 360 cup and only 1 bottle before bed time to make sure they're filling up. 
8:15- wake up and have breakfast
9:30- offer 360 cup half full of milk (approximately 6 oz) they only usually drink half of so
10:45- nap
12:45- wake and lunch 
1:45- offer 360 cup of milk again
4:00- small snack 
5:15- dinner 
7:15- 6 oz of milk in bottle with formula mixed into it (if we have some formula available) 
Brush teeth and bedtime. 
If they wake in the middle of the night I offer a bottle with water in it
