My abs seem sore after workout. Is this okay??
I am almost 20 weeks and have always been active. My doctor said working out is fine, and gave me some modifications and limitations I need to follow. I worked out yesterday and am sore today (which is normal and fine according to doc), but my abs feel sore too. I haven't done any abs because that is something I am not allowed to do. There should be no reason why they're sore. I did push ups and could have tightened my abs while doing them, but they shouldn't be sore because of that. Is this okay? Thanks 🙏
