Do you guys know what this is

I have a cat and his ear has like dots on them

Possibly mites or some kind of dermatological infection. Please see your vet to find out and get a course of treatment. I know another poster said to pick up mite drops at Walmart, I'm a vet and I've treated animals for horrible reactions and other issues caused by Walmart and pet store brand drugs. The people selling those drugs have absolutely zero medical training. Unless a veterinarian tells you it is safe for you to use one of those brands then DO NOT USE THEM. Just because it looks like mites in this picture does not mean it's mites. Get your cat vet checked and go from there. Get the right diagnosis and the right treatment- sometimes you get lucky and you fix the issue, but 9 times out of 10 your animal ends up on my table with an even bigger problem and expensive bill you were trying to avoid is even worse than it would've been. And if it's mites it won't be very expensive anyways- basically the cost of a regular exam and then the drugs which aren't a bad price at all.

Anything going on inside of ear. My cat is allergic to fleas and formed a lot of scabs that looked similar to this when they first started. From excessive itchiness and scratching

Looks like ear mites. You can get drops at your local Walmart or store of that type lol
