Help girls💖xxx

I'm 5 days late for my period I've done 2 tests one had a faint line and the other didn't, I've for the weirdest belly ache ever feels like my stomach is a washing machine got mild back cramps and keep needing a wee. Also has a white dish charge! Anyone else had similar or could help me out??
