How to tell my husband I'm pregnant when he already knows

So I'm the type of person to find out everything out way too early! I took a pregnancy test 8 DPO and saw the faintest line. I've been driving my husband crazy with showing him my pee sticks 3 times a day. It's finally dark now and got a positive digital.

I always wanted to surprise him but thinking I can still have a nice surprise waiting for him when he comes home. Baby books and cooking "baby" chicken and baby carrots. Something like that. Any other ideas if this means sense? Thank you ladies!!
