Sounds like carpal tunnel. Very common in pregnancy. If it's too bad your doctor will probably recommend the wrist bracelets to wear at night.

omg my right hand all the time! my Dr goes it's just a part of pregnancy. I delivered at 26.6 weeks 11 weeks ago today and I still have some numbness in my thumb.
