10 weeks belly button pain

I'm 10 weeks and 4 days based off my lmp. I've had belly button pain on and off for a few weeks. this weekend I realized my belly button is starting pop out. not a complete outie by any means, but I can tell it's changing. any one else experience this or am I crazy?
