resting heart rate increase can indicate pregnancy
I wondered about RHR being an indicator of pregnany because of some articles I read. now that I have my BFP, and my RHR has gone up by 12 since the end of my period, I can say yes this is a thing. so if you have a fitness watch, it can take some of the stress out of the TWW for any ladies currently there. the RHR of 61 is at 4 weeks, 1 day pregnant, btw. So the major increase came at the end of my tww.
