help! urgent! please!

i've met a really very cute guy recently and he's the first guy in about a year i've actually considered getting serious with. if i had the chance i'd totally go for it!

the thing is, i don't know how to talk to him. yknow with this day and age you gotta keep them entertained and on their toes. i dunno if i'm doing that :/ but i want to! i really wanna try with this guy. i just don't wanna ruin it.

at times i get really tempted to just tell him "i think you're really cute and i wanna get to know you better!" but it's scary.

i'm the leader of his group and i'm scared he might just see me as the boss and not want to risk trying. what do i do
