I had mine removed and I never got my first AF for 5 weeks! apparently it can take a while to leave your system... but once she had left I got pregnant first time! 😊 good luck!

I had mine removed and had my period for about 6 months straight. While I was on it I did have a period for about a year. I hated it. I reacted to it so bad I was hallucinating and my vision was being messed up in addition to what was going on with my periods. I don't recommend it at all but every woman is different

I didn't get mine until 6 weeks after having it removed. (I had Nexplanon in for 4 years, only had 3 periods the whole time) I called my doctor when it had been 4 weeks and she said if I go another month without getting AF then call back to schedule an appointment.  Two weeks after that phone call AF arrived. It's common for it take a while so don't stress just yet but also be your own advocate and if you're not comfortable with how long it's taking call your doctor and ask to be seen.
