Paranoid!

Ok so today I went to my husbands job.(he's a tattoo artist). Well we were waiting for my sister to get a piercing and there was this lady waiting as well. She was eating a lollipop she had bought from the shop and my son who is 17 months was just looking at her so she started talking to him and he started pointing at her lollipop. So she asked me if he could have one I said yes because she was going to buy a new one but then she found a dum dum lollipop in her purse and gave him that one. The lollipop was closed but on one side the wrapper was I guess lifted if that makes sense but but not opened. Anyway. She unwrapped it and my son ate it. Idk if I'm being paranoid. I just don't know what she had in her purse. She did say she had a child so I'm thinking that's why she had a lollipop in her purse. Maybe I'm just overreacting. Or would any of you also feel uneasy over this?
