How do I know if I'm bleeding really heavily?

Is filling a menstrual cup with and leakage normal say; with overnight 10 hour usage?

Answer

10 hours is fine. I sometimes fill mine within 5 hours when my period is very heavy (2nd or 3rd day). For me it only leaks when it is full. :)
