I've been thinking about trying a diva cup but I'm constantly moving around at work do they spill easily will they fall out????

As long as you insert it right it's not supposed to leak. It's supposed to suction so it doesn't move

Think of a cup like a tampon it just doesn't absorb liquid it holds it. You can swim, exercise, sleep through the night without needing to stress. It's actually the most convenient type of menstrual product out there.

They don't spill unless they are too full. They don't leak when you place them correctly. Honestly nothing is foolproof but this is as close as it gets. Give it a shot.

Not at all. I'm a large animal vet- I'm rangling foals, sheep, goats, you name it all day. I do so much physical stuff at work and have to contort my body into crazy positions sometimes and have never had a single issue. I also swim, run and do strength training with my diva cup in and have no problems either.
