Either communicate and work on your marriage (sounds like counseling is in order if you care enough to save it), or leave. If you leave, then you'll be free to have sex with other people if that's all you care about. Honestly, with your cavalier attitude, I lean toward that. Better to end it now with your morals (somewhat) in tact than to have sex with someone else while married and create a path of destruction that will inevitably lead to divorce and horrible feelings on all sides anyways. Just skip that drama, hurt, and negativity and set the husband free.
