Positive test at 10DPO

Hi ladies- I am now 11 DPO and couldn't resist the urge to take a test yesterday as we were headed out the door as we were going to be drinking, and something told me to test. I took a clear blue digital and it said pregnant. I have not retested as I am just too nervous. I am not expected to start my cycle until Tuesday or Wednesday. I have MTHFR and am on my first cycle of progesterone. My OB tested my progesterone levels Thursday and it was 27.5. (Last mo was 3.5). Do you think it could really be a true positive? I have never tested positive this early. I have had 2 miscarriages since February. Just so nervous and unsure what to do!! If it is a true positive, those with several miscarriages... did you tell your parents right away or wait until baby looked good? Last 2 we told them right away bc we wanted their love support and prayers thoughts?
