BREASTFEEDING MOMMAS
My son will be 1 year old next month, which also means that I accomplished my goal of breastfeeding for a year. NOW how do I stop? Any tips of how to stop breastfeeding, I know I don't have to but I would like to. He wakes up multiple times at night to breastfeed and I know it's for comfort but I need my sleep and it's getting to me.
