Back pain help?
Hello! I'm a first timer, 34 weeks along right now, and for the last few days I have been plagued with a throbbing pain on the left side of my spine, in the middle of my back, but only when I am laying down.
I have tried putting a pillow between my knees, laying on the right or left side, even on my back with my legs propped up. It is a dull, throbbing pain.
Any suggestions are appreciated!
