bleeding and pain after sex??? help!!

I got off my period about 2 days ago. I've been spotless since. Last night me and my boyfriend had sex (first time in about a week) and again this morning. But after this morning, it hurt really bad after I showered. It wasn't the normal "sore" i'd get after- it stung and I was also bleeding a little bit, and not period blood- it was bright red and hurt to pee/wipe. any reason this would happen to me?? i'm still in a little bit of pain, but I have a pantyliner on incase I bleed any more. someone please tell me why😩
