Baby with huge head . Do I need C-section vacuum?

Question

I am 36 weeks and 3 days, and my head baby is almost 10 cm ( diameter). So that means I am going to need c section or vacuum
Please tell me any experience with babies with huge head!!

My son was born vaginally just fine with a 14.6 cm head. No vacuum of forceps needed. I wouldn't be concerned.

My first baby didn't have a big head but was stuck on my pelvic bone. I had a 3rd degree episiotomy and they used a vacuum to suck him out. He came out with a red mark on his forehead that eventually went away and all was fine. Recovery was tough- lots of stitches and pain.
