Padsicles?!?

Okay, so I'm by no means an FTM, this is baby #3 for me, & I've NEVER heard of this thing called an padsicle. What the hell is it, why are the popular & what the hell do you use it for? I'm way comfused🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

It's a frozen pad you prepare to wear after birth to help you recover down there. I spray mine with water and calendaula, and you can also add witch hazel if you end up with hemmroids. Make the mixture, lay pads on a cookie sheet and spray, but don't soak it. Then freeze, once frozen place in Ziploc bags for post partum! They're great!!

you open ur pads put witch hazel and aloe on it fold it back up and freeze it helps relive pain and freezing it is just as good as putting in ice pack down there for the soreness

You take a pad and cover it with aloe vera, witch hazel, and lavender oil which altogether aid you in healing with vaginal births and help cool and soothe the area:)
