Bored with cooking. Which mean my food has been sucking! Because I'm trying to cook in 15 mins or less because my crazy 9 month old needs to much attention. And I'm simply out of new ideas... so gimme some amazing recipes that are still on the moderately easy level lol.

Butterfly a few chicken breasts and season outside with paprika, put provolone cheese and cooked spinach inside. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with couscous and asparagus. I love this!

Chicken-Cabbage stir fry. With red/green bell peppers, garlic, onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and a couple tablespoons of soy sauce. Super easy dish.

Baked chicken. Buy chicken thighs season put in roasting pan cook for about 2 hours or less. You don't have to stand there but check on the chicken every 30 minutes. Then when it's done I nuke some vegetables and done!

We cook, spaghetti with salad and garlic bread, lemon pepper chicken with white rice and veggies, or you can do teriyaki chicken with rice and veggies maybe cheese enchiladas or beef with beans and rice maybe some chicken or beef tacos, 
Chicken fried steak mashed patatos with mac and cheese rolls and corn on the cob? Tonight we're doing Chinese food well store baught to cook but still yummy lol I cook a lot and feel like I run out of ideas as well. The other night we had toasted ham and cheese subs with lettuce spinach and mayo and whatever else we wanted as topping super good!

you can do chicken cranberry salad.
cooked chicken ,half vanilla Greek yogurt and half mayo, slat and pepper, and craisins. then you can serve it on bread or romaine.
