Wondering what's going on with me

The past week I have had sharp pains in my pelvic region and I had mild cramps there through out the day. My weird was cut short to 3 days (light, normal, light) then stopped and I usually last 5/6 days. I been super nauseous all the time and throw up sometimes, always wana eat, boated, I been having the poops several times a day (not normal for me) and about 4 days after my period was long gone I wiped and had a pinkish bloody discharge and spotted about twice that day, then its long gone again. I've recently had this very thick white mucus discharging out of me. I took a test but it was negative and it had me wondering what this could be and if I could have tested to early because I'm not due for a period till 16 more days.
