This is the messages they sent to me. They told me to send photos of the item back and front and the package it came in which I did. Then they told me to send a picture of what's wrong with it. But the jeans don't fit me so what am I supposed to send pictures of? The jeans not going up my legs? I also contacted the person that sold them to me but she hasnt replied. What can I say or do for them to understand me?
