How do I get the vomit smell out of my nose?

I'm 10w2d pregnant. Luckily I haven't been vomiting much so far but this morning was really bad. I got the taste out of my mouth pretty easily with an altoid but how do I get the smell out of my nose?? I don't know if the vomit came out my nose or went up my nose but this is terrible. I've blown my nose several times to get any gunk out but the smell is still there. I've had a candle going for almost an hour and it isn't helping.

Use a nasal spray to clean your nose out!Or just put water up your nose. Sounds painful, but is helpful in clearing your nose of the smell and any residue!

Usually brushing your teeth and using a strong mouthwash helps. You can also try using peppermint candy. Good luck! 💕
