I'm currently 17 and 15 weeks pregnant I start my senior year in a week and am just wondering if anyone could offer any tips I'm due in February and the baby will be around 3 months when I graduate how long will I have to take off after I have the baby what should I do to get my work done after I have the baby

You could see if you can work a bit harder and be finished before baby comes.

K12 is an online school and you could possibly finish faster(: it's at your own pace.

I got pregnant as a junior and did online classes through my high school as well as my regular courses and graduated a year early just before baby was born. See if that's an option!

I'm in the exact same boat , 17 (will be 18 in a few days) school started Monday and I still haven't attended the first few days , I'm planning on going in after I turn 18 to unenroll myself from public school and actually do online school , my friend recommended k12 , you graduate and walk and everything !!! Seems way easier to me , no judgement , no bullshit , no stupid paper homework , k12 sends you boobs and internet check and a printer , I'm DEFINITELY very interested in it

go into independent study I'm doing that so when I give birth i can still show up and switch packets

i'm in the exact same position, today i was actually able to talk to my counselor and was told for my time off i will have independent study, also that the time i am off my absences will be cleared since pregnancy falls under a medical leave. i said i would need maybe a month off but my counselor says the school can give me up to 6 weeks although it might differ from school to school district to district, my best tips are just to talk to your counselors and let them know and also have sort of a plan figured out. like if you know the baby is gonna be take cared of or not, i tried talking to them with just the worst case scenario in mind. you can not be denied education! i was also given the option to transfer to a school for pregnant girls or a continuation school if that's more of something you'd want to do you can talk to them about that. for me personally, i want to graduate with my class and that's why i chose independent study. i'm 16 weeks and 3 days and due january 28! btw congrats on your bundle of joy ❤️❤️

I was 17 when I had my daughter in 11th grade. I ended up switching to online once i was 5 months pregnant. I switched back to public schoo year once my daughter was 5 months old.
 I just did all my work during class and made sure to have as little homework as possible or none at all. Now for breastfeeding I had extra nursing pads and I did plan to bring extra tops in cased I leaked. My school nurse offered to let me pump. I didnt though I just waited until I got home to pump. I was engorged for a couple hours at first but my body didn't leak any more after a couple months back in public school. 
Now it was hard but I did what I need to graduated on time. If I had the energy I probably would have try to graduated earlier. Honesty I won't change it as my boyfriend (fiance now) and me graduated together.
