Not saying you don't wash it, but scrub your butt more, that's whats helped me right now. I used to ise acne face washes and that help a lot:) (I'm saving up to get an apartment with my bf so I don't have a lot of money to spend, that's why I'm not using it anymore lol)

Loose fitting clothes and change underwear regularly and after exercise also get plenty of sun

It could be your laundry detergent. Get unscented detergent and dryer sheets and see if that helps.
