Ladies! Which diet do you stick to?
I'm thinking about going vegan for ethical, environmental, physical, and mental benefits. I want to feel better about myself and my health, along with benefits for the environment and going against animal cruelty. I've been doing research and watching different documentaries on veganism and am definitely thinking about transitioning. However, I'd love to hear what you all have to say about which diet you prefer and why over the other two. Please no fighting or harsh words. :)
