I'm looking for advice to tell my coworkers that I'm pregnant. Next week, I'll be 12 weeks and I was planning to tell my boss and coworkers. This is my first pregnancy so this is all new to me.

The difficult part of this situation is that I work with two women that have struggled with infertility. One has had a few miscarriages and has other health issues that have prevented her from getting pregnant and the other has been trying for at least a year and a half. Pregnancy is a really sensitive subject and the last thing I want to do is be insensitive. I know that pregnancy has been a very difficult thing for the both of them and it's not talked about often, if at all.

Has anyone been in a similar situation, being on either end? I wanted to find a way to tell each of them and be as sensitive about it as I could. I've been considering talking to each of them face to face and letting them know. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
