Sciatica?? Anyone?

5w5d and slight sciatica. Worst at night on the left side only. More aches than shooting sharp pain. Ideas to help relieve the annoyance? Typically thigh of left leg and lower back near the butt. 😊

It only gets worse, darlin. I found heat helps on my lower back but not much else 😭

It does get worse unfortunately I am 21 weeks and it continues to get worse for me .. there really isn't much to help .. sometimes a warm bath helps me .. my doctor recommended therapy
