TTC with femara/letrozole

Hello all, first time posting anything on this topic but im really hoping to hear others experiences. I am heading down the fertility road, we have done chlomid before but with obgyn. I went to see 2 RE's this last week and i picked the one i liked most, today i am going to have labs done and when they come back i will be starting Letrozole. I am cautiously optimistic after 6 failed rounds of chlomid. Has anyone had any success with femara/letrozole? We will also be doing cycle monitoring and if i have good and mature follicles we will also add the trigger shot. If you have used this drug how many follicles did you get? I know it only takes one but im hoping for more than one follicle so we have better chances (we arent doing IUI just timed intercourse). Has anyone comcieved multiples with this drug? Anyone conceive more that twins?
