Scared to tell hubby 😳

So I got my BFP today at 11dpo I took 4 test 2 of them being FRER and 2 just blue dye test and all came back positive faint lines but you can for sure see them and all showed up in about 2 min at the most. A couple months ago we went through a chemical pregnancy I had one positive test and the rest were negative and it crushed both of us so ever since then I don't tell him when I test bc I don't want to give him false hope of us being pregnant but after taking the FRER today and getting BFP which I never get false positives on FRER they have always been clear negatives I feel like this is our BFP but I don't want to tell him and then be let down again. Should I just tell him or wait? Please help bc inside I'm super excited and I want to just tell him but I also know he will be a little skeptical about it.
