Conceiving after miscarriage

For those of you who have had a miscarriage, how soon after did you start trying again to have a baby?

I have a doctors appointment in half an hour and plan on asking how long I should wait..but I wanted some info from those who have gone through it too.

I had a miscarriage on the 7th.

My hormones were super messed up for about 2 month after to the point where I thought I could be pregnant again so I recommend waiting a couple months to let things stabilize to save yourself the hours of crying and heartbreak. That's just my personal experience

I figured I'd wait until after I get my next period or even wait two cycles, so we'll see what happens! Doctor said everything had passed like it should and my levels had returned to 0 like they needed to.

My doctor told me all studies show there's no evidence to support you shouldn't have sex, or even not start trying right away again. But that it's recommended because if the miscarriage is caused by stress what ever stress you were under when you MC it's usually over by three months.

I don't know if I was stressed really...the only stress I can think of is work, but I'm used to working hard. I hadn't thought of my job as being a stressor that affected me greatly, but I'm beginning to wonder if I need to stop working..😩
