dont know what to do..

Got my hcg levels tested today to see if I am pregnant they came back 7.5 and according to my last period I would be 4 and a half weeks. That is extremely low so I don't even know what to think or how to feel. recently had a miscarriage in April and really wanted it this month because the due date would be close to my grandmas birthday who recently passed and that would mean the world to me. I really don't want to miscarry again but I have a feeling I will.
