Weight gain - over doing it
My ideal weight gain ranged between 15-25 lbs and here I am at 20 weeks with an added 15 lbs; my doctor seems worried and now I'm a little concerned too. I did have emotional eating habits but for the most part, I've had it under control. Love fruits, dislike veggies - Puerto Rican so constantly eating rice and beans. I loveee Taco Bell and sugary cereals..what should I do? My mom says she gained well over her weight range during pregnancy but I worry for our little one. P.s had anatomy scan today and all looked well with our bubbly baby girl. Any moms in a similar predicament or can weigh in (pun intended) on this concern of mine?
