IUI scheduled for Tuesday! Any tips?!

Had a follicle check today and I'm triggering tomorrow night

Still awaiting results of my first one. They had me stay laying down for 10 min after so my advice would be have your phone or something on hand to occupy yourself while you wait- the nurse was nice and handed me mine before she left. Whole thing was pretty quick- for me it was less painful than my HSG but a little more painful than a normal pap.
