This TWW wait after IUI is killing me

So I'm 3 days in to TWW after Gonal-f <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> and I'm going crazy from the wait. Not sure how I'm going to survive 6 or 7 more days before allowing myself to POAS. What are some of your coping mechanisms?
