4dpo and unusual pain

Im 4dpo and while walking my patient this morning i started to have mild sharp pains in my vagina (im assuming cervix pain). After the walk the sharp pains got worse in intensity and frequency for about 3 min. Ever since ive had a dull ache in my lower abdomen and a few sharp pains. Also my discharge is very watery, heavy, odorless and white colored. So heavy that sometimes i feel it coming out of me. What is up? Early pregnancy signs? Paranoia?
