Back pain...... HELP!!!
I'll be 10 weeks on Sunday and my lower back is killing me! I don't remember my back hurting with my first. Maybe it's from carrying him a lot? He's only 20 lbs though... has anyone else had bad back pain while pregnant? Did anything help? I was thinking about using icy hot but I read somewhere that pregnant women shouldn't use it. Any suggestions would be appreciated! :)
