birth story!! 👶🏽

Friday i went into my doctor appointment and told them about some of these weird symptoms i've been having and she says that she thinks i have cholestasis, and to head to the hospital to get monitored but they will most likely induce me that night.

fast forward i get to the hospital and they start me on an antibiotic at 1, since i was GBS positive, at 3, they start me on pitocin and i wasn't really having that many contractions. At 5, my doctor comes in and checks me and i'm still at 4, she breaks my water. At 6 i ask for the epidural and the nurse checks me again and i'm at a 6, and at this point i was having so much pressure and pain in my butt. At 610 she checks me again i'm at a 9, the epidural didn't even get to kick in, not even 3 minutes later i say the baby is coming now!! the nurse runs out and says anybody who can deliver a baby come in here now. I was in so much pain i was screaming at one point i close my legs and say i cannot do this. But at 632 my 7.7 pound beautiful baby boy was born.
