Is there anyone here that had an early miscarriage with your first pregnancy but your next pregnancy was good and you had a healthy baby?

I was just curious because I recently just had a miscarriage this week when I was 5 weeks with my first pregnancy. My specialist told me that it could have been because it was my first pregnancy and that it's very common with your first ever pregnancy. Or it could have been because it was my first round of fertility medicine or a chromosomal abnormality. I'm just wondering if anyone else had an early miscarriage with your first pregnancy but your second pregnancy was healthy and you had a healthy baby? I really hope i get my rainbow baby on my next round of medicine here in a few weeks and that it's a healthy baby/pregnancy.
