Giving up HOPE!!!

I think I'm giving up on this month. I have a bunch of symptoms but haven't got a single positive yet I'm only 10 dpo but I have been taking digital test. this is my first time trying after my missed miscarriage in April (first child).i don't want to give up hope but I have been losing my hope over these negative test.
